Delivering with Tenants Annual Report

We’re pleased to launch our Delivering with Tenants Annual Report this week, which you can download here.

The report has been developed for tenants, with tenants. It summarises how we’ve delivered services from April 2022 to March 2023, as well as looking at what’s happening now and in the next 12 months. The report demonstrates how we’ve:

• maintained building safety
• kept properties in good repair
• engaged with tenants
• carried out neighbourhood management
• handled complaints effectively

These themes have been taken them the forthcoming Tenant Satisfaction Measures from the Social Housing White Paper, which intends to make landlords’ performance more visible to tenants, and help tenants hold their landlords to account.

We’d like to thank tenants who’ve been involved in putting this report together. As tenants they understand how important honesty and openness is. We’ve reflected in the report how services have been delivered and where we’ve identified opportunities for improvement along the way. We’ve included stories from tenants sharing their real lived experience which I hope you find inspiring and enjoy reading the report.

To celebrate our 21^st birthday we’re marking the occasion by running a competition for 10 lucky tenants to win a £25 shopping voucher.(*)

• The competition closes at 5pm on Monday 2 October 2023.
• A winner will be chosen at random.
• The prizes are 10 x £25 shopping vouchers. There is no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to someone else.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date and must respond within 14 days in order to claim their prize.
