One of our ambitions is listening to our customers and valuing and encouraging their feedback, to continuously improve services. As part of this we currently have some exciting opportunities for tenants or leaseholders to join our Tenant Voice or Scrutiny Panel.

Tenants Voice Panel

If you’ve an interest in making sure the tenants voice is heard in relation to the services you receive, then we’ve a seat waiting for you.

We’re looking for three tenants or leaseholders to join the Tenants Voice Panel. You’ll need:

  • a thirst for knowledge
  • an ability to give your thoughts and ideas freely
  • an inquisitive mindset
  • to be able to add value to the panel through the customers eyes
  • a commitment and enthusiasm for improving and developing services for all our customers.

We’re not looking for a vast amount of experience, just a passion for making sure we are doing the right thing and providing excellent services, and the ability to challenge us if we aren’t. 

Our Tenants Voice Panel are a group of nine customers who meet up several times a month to give a tenant viewpoint and challenge on:

  • how we’re performing
  • the changes we’re making
  • how we’re listening and acting on the tenant voice

They support a task and finish Scrutiny Panel who dive deep into our services to make sure we’re doing the right things, in the right way.

Scrutiny Panel

We’re looking for tenants and leaseholders to join our scrutiny panel. You’ll need:

  • an inquisitive mindset
  • to work with us to drive service improvements
  • a thirst for knowledge
  • a passion for making sure we provide excellent services
  • to give your thoughts and ideas freely.

We’re not looking for a vast amount of experience. You just need to have a willingness to work as part of a team and carry out deep dives into areas of service that our Tenant Voice Panel feel need investigating further.

Working with officers, your role will be to take an independent and objective view of the services we provide and make evidence-based recommendations for service improvements. There’s no set time commitment and you can chose what topics you are interested in. We call this a task and finish, so you can do as little or as much as you like.
